Day 8 - Point Loma Rotary Clock

Ok, I seriously need to start taking pictures during the day, like when the sun is still up! I've taken most my pictures during our walks which are usually around dusk. Not the best lighting for taking pictures. *sigh* Tonight was especially not a good night to take pictures because it was SO cloudy. Even when the sun was still up it was pretty dark outside. I took a picture of this Point Loma Rotary Clock:


I did a quick Google search for James M Davis, who the rotary clock is in memory of, and found that he served in World War II and earned quite a few medals. After the war he settled here in San Diego and was involved in a lot of different organizations, including being president of the Point Loma Rotary Club. :)
