When we first moved to San Diego almost 4 years ago we saw these flowers everywhere and I always thought they looked like birds. Come to find out they are named Bird of Paradise Flowers! hahaha There aren't too many of them around right now so I thought I'd hurry up and take a picture while I could find some.
