Day 1 - Palm Tree

Welcome to my 365 Day Photo Challenge! For the next 365 days I will be posting a picture that I took that day that means something to me, or something I want to remember, or something that made me laugh... I'm sure I'll have a few random pictures in there too. We'll just have to see I guess. I think it's going to be a lot of fun and I'm excited to get started!

Tonight we went on a short walk and stopped by a playground so Dawson could play for a little bit. While Dawson was playing I was sitting on a bench with Ashlynn. She was standing on my lap, facing me, and she was completely fascinated by the palm tree that was behind me. I decided it would make the perfect photo for day 1 of this challenge. I can see why it made her so happy to look at it, it's beautiful.


We are currently living in San Diego but moving back to West Jordan, Utah in a few months. I am so happy that I started this challenge before we moved so I could capture some of the things that we love so much about San Diego... Like the palm trees!
